The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sci-En Products Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Michael Chow M.C.(“Mr. Chow”) has been dismissed as the executive director of the Company on August 8, 2006 and that the Company will not take any responsibilities of all Mr. Chow's activitie on and after August 8, 2006.
